“We felt misguided on the needs of our home to get the most value for our property. We were advised poorly which ended up adding great additional stress to our lives and selling $45K below what we could have recieved six months prior when when we listed the property. We hastily hired painters for the outside, updated outside fixtures and removed all hurricane mounts, phycisally painted the inside ourselves and replaced all carpet in the bedrooms just to move the property. By the end of our six month contract and right after our work, she found a buyer. Otherwise, we would have fired her and relisted with another agency. There are two things we can say that were good about Monica is that she was willing to host many Open Houses on Saturdays and updating us on the showings. Overall, our experience was fair and would not recommend Monica Hand. We wish we felt differently because she is a nice person.”
